Waistcoat in dark brown and black velvet decorated with floral and foliage motifs in seed beads of various types. The lower edge is decorated with textured cloth. The garment is lined with a cotton material with stylised paired paisley (buteh) motifs in red yellow and green on a dark brown ground.
